"Peart family wishes to grieve alone"

This past weekend's tragic news that Rush drummer Neil Peart lost his
wife, Jackie, to cancer has prompted an outpouring of grief from the
band's fans wondering where they can send flowers and/or condolences.
But Rush's Toronto-based management company, SRO, said yesterday:
"As per the family's wishes, it's kept very private. There's no service,
or any charity, or anywhere to send flowers etc. They just want to be
left alone at this very sad time."
Peart also lost his and Jackie's 19-year-old daughter, Selena, in a car
accident last August.

Tragedy has struck Rush drummer Neil Peart again.
Peart's wife, Jacqueline Taylor, is dead from cancer almost one year after
the couple lost their 19-year-old daughter last August in a single-car crash.
A spokesperson for Rush's Toronto-based management company confirmed that
Peart's wife had died but declined to give details.
Peart's daughter, Selena Taylor, died when the Jeep she was driving left
the westbound lane of Hwy. 401, and crashed near Brighton, Ont.
