Directions
By train: The Amtrak station is across the river in Rensselaer, a 5 minute drive from the downtown Albany. Just cross the Dunn Memorial Bridge and you are in downtown Albany, and follow the signs for the Knickerbocker Arena.
From the north: Take I-87 to Albany, then take I-90 east. I-787 south will be right before the Hudson river, take that to the Madison Ave. exit. Go straight underneath the bridges to S. Pearl St, and take a right. The Knick will be about 3 blocks ahead.
From the south: Take the NY State Thruway (I-87) north to exit 23. Take I-787 north to exit for Knickerbocker arena.
From the west: Take NY State Thruway to exit 23. Take I-787 north to exit for Knickerbocker arena.
From the east: Take I-90 to the NY State Thruway, to exit B1. Take I-90 west, to I-787 south. Take Madison Ave. exit and go straight under the bridges to S. Pearl St., and take a right. The Knick will be about 3 blocks ahead.
Parking: There are many parking lots within a few minutes of the Knick. Most event parking is from $5 to $10, depending on the lot. Arrive early for close parking. Street parking is also available further from the Knick.

try the Fountain's famous pizza. There are many pizza places in the area,
but if you want pizza, this is the place.
Directions from the Knick: Take S. Pearl St. south 3 blocks to Madison
Ave. Take a right on Madison, and head up the hill. Head past the Dunkin
Donuts at Lark St., and take a left on New Scotland Ave. (the second light
after Lark St.) The Fountain is about 1 1/2 miles ahead on the right
(right after the New Scotland Armory and Sage JCA). Parking is either on
the street or in the back.
